TutorPupTerms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and TutorPup about your use of the TutorPup app. By using TutorPup you accept them, together with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Subscriptions and free trials
- TutorPup is free to download. Full access needs a subscription. Prices and billing periods are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase or, if you start a free trial, when the trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- If you cancel during a free trial, you won't be charged. Any unused part of a free trial is lost when you buy a subscription.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or from the Profile screen in TutorPup.
- Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Training advice
TutorPup gives general, reward-based puppy training guidance for information only. It isn't veterinary advice and doesn't replace a vet, a qualified behaviourist or your own judgement. If your dog is ill, injured, in pain, or showing fear or aggression, contact your vet or an accredited behaviourist. Always supervise your dog and think about safety, especially near roads, livestock, water, other dogs and children.

Tuti's answers are generated automatically and may sometimes be incomplete or wrong. Don't rely on them for medical, safety or emergency decisions.
Using TutorPup
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use TutorPup on Apple devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes. Please don't copy, resell or reverse engineer the app, or use it in a way that breaks the law or harms others. The lessons, animations, text and design are owned by TutorPup and its licensors.
Changes and availability
We may update TutorPup, add or change lessons and features, or change these terms. We'll let you know in the app about important changes. We'll try to keep TutorPup running smoothly, but can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer, or our liability where it can't legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Otherwise, we're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, for business losses, or for your dog's behaviour. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for TutorPup in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can stop using TutorPup and delete your data at any time. We may suspend access if you seriously break these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you can also rely on the consumer laws of where you live and bring a claim in your local courts.
